The Arena

👉Perfect For:

  • Committed beginners aiming to transition into confident, versatile social dancers. This training team will prepare students to be ready to join the Intermediate training team and is a prerequisite for that.

  • If you’ve mastered Basics 1-3, lead and follow saidas, and cassamento, this training team is a perfect place to take your skills to the next level 🔥

✅ What you’ll work on:

  • Common patterns: Switch step, L step, Chacha step, Door step, Window step, and more

  • Touch steps, Chassées & gallops around the world

  • Box steps A & B with variations

  • Focus on technique, control, and confidence

  • Development of Musicality, Connection & Creativity

The Colisseum

👉 Perfect for: Experienced dancers who have mastered the following and are looking to elevate their creativity, technique, and social dance fluency:

• Basics 1, 2, & 3, lead and follow saidas, and cassamento

• Common patterns: Switch step, L step, Chacha step, Door step, Window step

• Chassées & gallops around the world

• Box steps A & B

• Advanced moves and combos

• Musicality and expressive creativity

• Connection, presence, and communication

• Smooth transitions and seamless pattern mixing

• Building a dynamic lead/follow toolkit

• Developing your unique personal style
